Ali Metwally Faculty of Science, Department of Applied Chemistry My relationship with scientific research began when I started researching with a team at university. We would look for a topic every week and talk about it at the end of the week. We spent a month and a bit there. Then, a friend of mine told me about SRT, and it's truly a treasure trove for anyone who wants to enter the field of scientific research. I finished it and did a simple presentation on Green Chemistry, which we had studied in college. Then, I joined RL and worked with a really respectable team on a topic on colon treatment using nanoparticles of gold and silver. I finished RL, took the RS exam and the entertainment, and then joined RS, thank God, but we didn't work on anything. I joined Dr. Karim Hegazy, whom I got to know from the weekly research. I attended most of the individual sessions he offered, and when he did SciGate, I also joined and sat with him on the HR round last year. I also attended the Al-Azhar University Girls Conference, and we won second place in a review of Organic Solar Cells. During this vacation, I joined the FA Model of the FAO Foundation. I did training at the Petroleum Research Center. We learned a lot of things related to nanotechnology, such as water treatment with nanotechnology, the use of nanotechnology in extracting sulfur, and the use of nanotechnology in waste treatment. I also took a nanotechnology course.
