-Lead and manage a team of 7 medical representatives across five governorates (Kirkuk, Mosul, Erbil, Duhok, Sulaymaniah).
-Oversee sales performance and targets for the diabetes and thrombosis lines.
-Coach and develop team members to enhance medical knowledge, sales and field performance.
-Build and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and key accounts.
-Collaborate with distributors to ensure effective product availability and market coverage.
-Monitor market dynamics and provide insights to management.
-Track and analyze sales data, and prepare regular performance reports for management.
-Organize and supervise scientific events and promotional activities.
-Ensure all team activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
